Hello !

I’m Amarylis, I’m an artist and illustrator and I currently live in the tiny country of Luxembourg.

I have been a freelance artist and illustrator for about 3 years now, having changed my career path after a burnout. I mainly create 2D Digital illustrations. But I also like to work traditionally and paint on canvases.

Femininity plays a huge role in my work and I want to empower women through my art. I imagine all the women that I’m creating as powerful, strong and confident and hope to transmit these feeling through my paintings.

Personally, I am using art as a sort of therapy. Before my burnout, I suffered from a huge art block which lasted during the five years I worked in the finance industry. The first thing I managed to do after my burnout is to take a brush and start to paint, and I haven’t stopped since.
